White-Label Wire Payouts: Your Brand On Every Bank Statement

Named Wire Payouts ensure your customers' company name appears as the sender on USD wire transfers — not your payment processor's. Auto-enabled on approval, no configuration required.

Ensuring the sender's name appears on USD wires is a critical and often overlooked feature when using payment processors today. When managing payment obligations such as invoice payments or import/export payments, receivers often require the underlying sender name to appear, not the payment processor.

When a business customer sent a USD wire payout through Sphere, the recipient's bank statement showed 'Sphere' as the sender name. For platforms building their own brand on Sphere's infrastructure, that's a problem.

Your Brand On Every Payment

Starting today, Named Wire Payouts automatically display the customer's company name as the sender on USD wire transfers sent through Sphere.

This matters for any business sending USD wires through Sphere. Every recipient expects to know who paid them. An unfamiliar sender name creates confusion, erodes trust, and generates support tickets that could easily be avoided.

Named Wire Payouts change that.

Beneficiary banks often hold or manually review wires when the sender name is unrecognized. A recognized name means funds clear faster with fewer holds. Unrecognized sender names are also one of the most common triggers for flagged or returned wires. For vendor and partner payments, recipients know exactly who paid them, without the back-and-forth.

Getting Started

Named Wire Payouts are enabled automatically the moment a customer account is approved. No manual setup, API call, or ops ticket required.

Existing customers with transactions in the last 3 months have already been updated. Customers outside that window can reach out to their account manager to get it enabled.

Admin operators can verify or toggle the setting per customer from the customer detail page in the admin dashboard at any time.
