Adopting a new payments provider usually means engineering has to build the integration before you can serve a single customer. For fintechs racing to launch in new markets, that dependency is costly, and it forces a new provider to compete with everything already on the roadmap.

Sphere's Integrators Dashboard removes that dependency. B2B and B2C platforms get a front-end layer to onboard end customers and generate payment orders for them, no API integration required, so you can go live on Sphere while your engineering team integrates on its own timeline.

Why it matters

Speed to market, without disrupting your roadmap. Start onboarding customers and moving transactions on Sphere right away. Your product roadmap stays intact while engineering plans the integration on its own schedule, so adopting Sphere never competes with what you've already committed to build.

Operations tooling, out of the box. Your operations team gets a ready-made interface to onboard customers and manage their transactions, with no internal tooling to build. Work that would normally require an engineering ticket becomes something ops handles directly.

More visibility for your developers. As your team builds toward the full API integration, the dashboard gives developers a live view of customers, payment orders, and transfers moving through Sphere, making the integration faster to build and easier to verify.

What's included

End customer onboarding (KYB and KYC). Add your customers directly from the dashboard. Sphere's KYB and KYC flow handles document collection and identity verification. Generate a Terms of Service link per customer and track verification status as it updates.

Manage your customers' payments. Once a customer is verified, generate payment orders for them directly from the dashboard. The end customer remains the legal sender of the funds while the dashboard lets you create the order without making an API call.

Transfer history and full payment lifecycle. Every transfer is visible from creation to settlement, including any failure or exception states along the way. Filter the transfers table by customer to see exactly what's moving for each end customer.

Offloader wallet management. Generate wallet addresses and view transaction history for your offloader wallets, directly from the dashboard.

How it works

The Integrators Dashboard extends infrastructure already running in production. Our KYC and KYB integration is reused and the payment-order flow is extended, with no new external dependencies. Everything you do in the dashboard carries forward automatically, so there's no re-onboarding when you're ready to move to the API.

Access is enabled per account by Sphere's team rather than self-serve, which keeps us close to how integrators use the product in these early days. And when you're ready to go beyond the dashboard, the full API is already documented at docs.spherepay.co.

Proof in practice

"We needed to get up and running with Sphere before committing our engineers to a full integration due to roadmap constraints. The dashboard let us onboard customers and process live payments right away, allowing us to continue serving our customers as we migrated our flows to Sphere"
— Andres Fonseca, Chief Commercial Officer, VIIO

What comes next

Richer transaction lifecycle visibility: track each transfer end to end, from initiation to settlement. Full portfolio analytics. More to come.

And when you're ready to scale beyond the dashboard, every capability here is available through our fully documented API. Graduating is straightforward, with no re-onboarding and all your data carried forward.
